Gorgeous Riverfront Ceremony Area
Say “I do” with your toes in the river at our waterfront ceremony area. Completely private for your most sacred vows. Get married surrounded by forest and carried by the river. Exclusive water access via our river rock staircase.
Waterfront, Tented Dining & Reception Area
Dine and dance waterfront! Our grand white frame tent boasts 2,000 sq. ft. of coverage to ensure all the festivities are protected. Choice of dance floor: dance beneath the open sky on our exterior dance floor, strung with market lights and framed by the river and trees, or keep the celebration close under our tented dance floor, surrounded by your guests’ tables. Either way, you’ll have the perfect backdrop for your first dance and every dance after it. Enjoy a gorgeous custom wood bar featuring a large live-edge serving table. Your rental includes 2 bartenders for 5 hours of service, along with four non-alcoholic beverages, including water and ice.
Barn Suite & River Cabin
Two completely separate getting-ready spaces for you to enjoy. The barn suite features four make-up stations with lighted mirrors, two floor-length mirrors, plenty of seating and lighting, and a private outdoor courtyard with seating. Our riverfront, 3-wall cedar cabin features a private changing area, dart board, lounging area and an unstoppable view. Also doubles as a transition room for ceremony-reception.
Entertainment by the River
Games Package — We’ve got the games to get your family and friends mingling! Kid-friendly activities to keep them entertained and playing furthest from the water: Cornhole, badminton, and Connect 4.
River Firepit — Calling all s’mores lovers! We supply the wood, you supply the vibes. Cozy wood benches for each person to maximize personal comfort. Cozy up after an afternoon in the water.
Smoking Hut — Everyone is welcome at the Oasis! We are cigar, cigarette, and marijuana friendly.
Waterfront Staffing & Extras
This is your day to celebrate, leave the work to us. Our staff will set up tables and chairs to your specific layout and manage the buffet throughout the event. At event conclusion, we’ll clear all dining tables, put away furniture, and handle garbage and cleanup so your day stays stress-free and seamless from start to finish.
Inclusions: Exclusive access for 12 hours, emergency rain plan for ceremony, sound system with speakers and mics, choice of plastic or farm house tables and chairs, 4 Cedar cabin bathrooms (one wheelchair-accessible), private wedding party fridge with room for cake storage, property-wide WiFi, parking for 70 vehicles, garbage hauling and disposal, additional seating, cocktail tables, wine barrels, and other property decor.
